Our Story

Our family name is on every job.

Advent Home Services is run by Mark and Lisa Advent, a husband-and-wife team in Simpsonville, SC. The name on the business is our own, so every job is personal.

The Advent family

Mark's old flyer asked a question every homeowner has thought about: are you afraid to call a plumber because you don't know what kind of bill he'll shoot your way? Nobody should be. That's the idea the business is built on: honest advice, a fair price, and work done properly.

Customers know Mark by name, and plenty of them have called him for ten years or more. They call him for the plumbing (toilets, faucets, leaks, showers and tubs), then for everything else on the list: a worn vanity swapped out, a dryer vent put in, a cabinet hung, a curtain rod mounted level.

How it started, in Lisa's words: the year Mark went out on his own, what he did before, and what the family name means to you.

“I have used Mark’s service for close to 10 years and wouldn’t consider any other.”
